Since March 2020 the COVID19 pandemic has changed the world as we know it, despite lockdown now being lifted and normal service mostly being resumed, there are unfortunately occasional delays within the delivery courier networks. Please be patient.

 

We endeavor to dispatch all orders next working day, if for any reason there is going to be a delay in dispatch, we will contact you to discuss this.

The “Delivery” price you pay is made up of Postage & Packaging costs courier fees, packaging labors and materials.

 

The Delivery cost of standard shipping is form 5$ up to 14.95$ worldwide depending on the distance, and we provide free shipping for all orders over $100 worldwide.

 

The Standard delivery time is 10 to 15 days Worldwide, depending on the distance.
The Standard delivery time is 3 to 5 days for United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, Oman, Bahrain.

 There are circumstances that are out of control (natural disasters, holidays, weather, etc. that may cause shipping postponements. While most packages will arrive on time, there may be circumstances and delays that our carriers may experience. For this reason, we do not guarantee the exact delivery time; the delivery issue is the responsibility of the shipping company.

 

We do ship every item with extra padding. Despite this, our customers report that around 1 in 1000 products arrives damaged due to mail service mistreatment.
